Suburban Studios Melbourne Airport

It's been a quiet and clean getaway for my husband and I for the past 3 nights. Location is great and the mini kitchen was serviceable. I think they could provide a few more small things like extra towels without having to ask and free laundry would be nice instead of having to sit at a coin laundry mat but overall I would say this is acceptable but not as much as the $75/night should be

For the $60 it was worth it. They’re currently under construction so it is pretty eerie but the room was big and the bathroom was new

I would just like to share that this motel is very nice it has great looking room with plenty of them energies all the way down to the kitchen utensils. Towels are bright white and spotless each room has a small little table a dresser nice TV a closet for your clothes I stand up shower. When I enter this place it's my first time here I spoke with a young lady at the front desk very nice young lady very good conversation and then later that evening on the third shift I stepped in and spoke to the gentleman at the front that's true very friendly and very nice. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a nice place out of the way. Great job choice hotels.

Don't judge the book by it's cover! The outside hasn't been renovated yet but the inside has. Everything was brand new, the rooms were immaculate and the bathrooms were modern looking. A hidden gem!

What a difference it makes when travelling up to Central Florida I had no problems with this extended stay hotel at all period it is Irish dyes as an extended stay because it does have kitchen amenities period I had asked to my reservations karma I use hotels.com karma for a quiet room that is away from elevators and other people and the accommodating my request! So I'm very happy with people that read the information and the reservation and actually a comedy you period so so to all the people working there karma including the front staff karma kudos to you for doing an exemplary job period outstanding! The room itself was a nice room period it was smaller than others, but let me tell you I had an awesome air conditioning that made the very little noise period it was controlled by a wall mounted thermostat karma also take a shower and a very nice and accommodating shower cereal I had elite check in karma person that I believe karma and all I can tell you is that that I could hear nothing in the hallway is period this is an older building, because I can hear my footsteps every time I walked so I knew that the people below me could also hear it so I tried to tread lightly period but you know how it is karma sometimes you walk to the hallways and you hear a lot of weird stuff coming from the rooms period that did not happen here the suburban extended stay Hotel period I was not interrupted at all, I did not hear any crazy screaming, I just had a very good night sleep karma they have excellent quality mattresses with high quality crisp linens. So that was nice to see period. Well well well, while I'll a Google assistant prompt that suddenly appeared that one me too to allow Google to use previous Google Voice snippets karma most likely from my Google Pixel 6 phone commerce as I have no problems with that when using Google voice to text analogy period period period but as you can see that didn't work a period

Let me just say this all you people who are complaining finding Fault about This hotel Just remember you get what you pay for shame on you. Everyone and you pay limit and expect to get a whole lot. The truth is, this is a very nice clean place that is the most important thing. Some 5 star hotel got bed bugs, i didn't find none here I give this place 5 Star. Because it's nice, quiet, pretty clean. Thank God for a place to lay my head. To all you fault finders you can't helping that's your nature, nothing Please them No one stopped you from going to Marriott. The Hilton, Try the accent hotel. See how much more you will pay. all the other ones that you have to pay $200 a night. You want that go pay that.

02/05/25 update. Stayed again this past weekend. Our room was fully renovated. No more kitchenette. Simple design. Bathroom fully renovated with glass shower doors. Staff friendly as always. Will continue to stay when we visit Melbourne. -- Hotel is currently upgrading their rooms. They are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly. Close to the airport with shuttle service provided. This was our 2nd stay here and will continue to book here. Excellent value.

Adorable, Quiet! 4-5 Showtime channels make a nice Bonus! PS: It was an extended stay with full kitchens, BUT not anymore, they JUST Remodeled! So ALL their rooms are fully updated now, but now only a mini fridge & microwave in each room.
